“Australian fans of Saints Row IV will obviously be disappointed with this delay. As an apology, the team behind the Australian localization, All Interactive Entertainment, has offered some free DLC as a peace offering. First, the game was refused classification despite the recent introduction of an R 18+ rating for videogames, then, when they finally got the censored version approved, it was revealed the game would be delayed until September 12. Saints Row IV has had a bit of trouble releasing in the land down under. Saints Row IV has been delayed and censored in Australia, and as an apology, AIE has offered up some free DLC.
